Frequently Asked Questions
How can I purchase your work?
Thank you for loving my work! Because everything is handmade solely by me, I restock the shop just 2–3 times per year. If you want to be the first to know when the next batch drops, scroll down to subscribe so you don't miss the next one!

Damages
While I pack each item with the utmost care, pottery is fragile and accidents sometimes happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notify me immediately. You must provide photos of the broken item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Additionally, please understand that once I hand your order over to the carrier, package delivery is out of my control, and I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
Care Instructions:
-
Handle with Care: Ceramics are fragile. Hand washing is highly recommended, and stacking pieces should be avoided.
-
Prevent Thermal Shock: Never pour rolling-boil water directly into handmade mugs.
-
Pro Tips:
-
Pre-warm your mug with hot tap water first. This safeguards the ceramic and keeps your beverage hot longer!
-
Place a metal spoon in your cup before pouring hot liquids to absorb initial heat and prevent cracking.
Can I put my mug in the microwave or dishwasher?
-
Without Gold Luster: Can be placed in both the microwave and dishwasher. To protect against hard water mineral buildup and harsh detergents, hand washing is highly recommended, though not strictly mandatory, for extending the life of your pottery.
-
With Gold Luster: Mugs featuring gold luster are neither microwave- nor dishwasher-safe. To protect the finish, hand wash exclusively using a soft, non-abrasive sponge or cloth. To keep your piece beautiful, remember that gold is a soft metal that can scratch easily.
Returns/Exchanges
I do not offer returns or exchanges. Please look through all the provided images to get an accurate view of the item. I photograph everything in bright, clear lighting to show the true color and details as accurately as I can. For listings with multiple items, the photos show a representative piece. Because everything is handmade and hand-painted, small variations in glaze can occur.
